The home is arranged over two levels, with the main living room, kitchen and sunroom on the main level, and additional living space and game tables on the lower level.

After a day of fishing, relax in the hot tub overlooking Howard Lake. Outdoors, the property also has barbecue grills and a lakeside fire pit, with firewood provided.
